Hi,

After running for an incredible 12 years (where does the time go)!!! the monthly Wellbeing Workshops have finally come to an end.
SISH is in contact with other local organisations possibly interested in taking them on and making them their own - we’ll keep you posted of any developments.
If you no longer wish to be on our database then please let us know. NB if you’re on the database you will continue to receive information promoting the weekly SISH Support Group.

Thank you(s) and goodbyes:
A very big thank you to everyone who has delivered or participated in the workshops, you’ve help create a very special, warm and welcoming space. Also thank you to all the local organisations who have funded the workshops over the years: Bristol City Council; Bristol NHS; Bristol Public Health; Quartet Charitable Trust; Gloucester Road Women’s Institute, with a special thank you to Bristol Mind who have always hosted and promoted the workshops and recently have been funding them too.

Finally a personal message as the SISH volunteer involved in the workshops since the beginning. It’s been an absolute pleasure to meet so many lovely people, a little oasis of friendliness, peace and nurturing made possible by everyone who has taken part. Wishing you all wellbeing in abundance!

"I attended the chanting workshop with Tim Malice on the Saturday just gone, and I wanted to get in touch to say how much I enjoyed it and how much I got out of it. I have attended several of the Saturday workshops now and I have found them all to be enormously helpful. As well as getting a lot out of the content, I always enjoy meeting the other people who attend and sharing dome views and opinions with like-minded people.
